Salary: 1900–2500 EUR/month

What you will do

• Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Support testing and learning strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with media buyers and performance creatives, both in-house and external.
• Analyze campaign data and help create performance reports.
• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to support campaign planning.
• Learn about tracking tools, attribution models, and troubleshoot pixel and event issues.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Vilnius, Lithuania for hybrid work (4 days in office).
• English: Fluent English required.
• Some hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager through coursework, internships, freelance, or personal projects.
• Comfortable working with data and using it to inform decisions.
• Attention to detail and effective time management.
• Proactive, open to feedback, and eager to learn paid social advertising.
