Business Solutions Intern

Location: Central London, United Kingdom; on-site four days per week. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the full internship period from 5 July 2027 to 21 July 2028.

What you will do

• Support stakeholder meetings and discovery sessions by preparing materials, taking structured minutes, and tracking actions and decisions.
• Document business requirements, current processes, and operational challenges through process maps and workflow diagrams.
• Maintain requirements logs, solution proposals, RAID logs, project trackers, and governance documentation.
• Research solution options and analyze potential benefits, risks, and dependencies.
• Log and monitor requests or issues in Jira and ServiceNow, follow up on actions, and keep project information current.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Engineering, Finance, and project delivery teams.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK without restriction throughout the internship.
• Availability to work on-site in the Central London office four days per week.
• Curiosity, confidence asking questions, and clear, concise professional communication.
• Strong organisation, reliability, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and process focus.
• Proactive ownership, adaptability, openness to feedback, and collaborative working across teams, regions, and time zones.
• Interest in systems and technology; extensive previous technical experience is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in business analysis, process mapping, project delivery, or stakeholder management.
