What you will do

• Identify, define, and support change initiatives that deliver customer value and commercial benefits.
• Engage stakeholders across departments to secure input, buy-in, and support for project delivery.
• Elicit, document, and agree end-to-end requirements covering people, processes, and technology.
• Work across project workstreams, programmes, and strategic portfolios on high-complexity, high-benefit projects.
• Track solution design success and support effective execution across the project portfolio.
