What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and hardware.
• Provide day-to-day support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure network and system security by managing firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols.
• Manage onboarding processes including hardware configuration and user account setup.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO27001 and GDPR.
• Conduct security awareness training and support cross-functional IT projects.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in London, UK
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewall management, and IT security.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Security+ are desirable.
