TL;DR

Head Of Revenue Systems (Product Management): Lead the design, architecture, and ownership of GTM systems including Salesforce and integrations to support sales, marketing, success, and finance processes with an accent on system governance, automation, and data integrity. Focus on building scalable, high-integrity revenue systems, leading a growing team, and aligning technical and commercial stakeholders.

Location: On-site in New York City, USA

Salary: $170K – $210K plus equity

What you will do

  • Define and own the long-term GTM systems architecture ensuring alignment with sales, renewals, and growth processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with the broader GTM stack to enable seamless lead-to-cash workflows and unified customer data.
  • Manage Salesforce platform including data models, automation, security, and reporting frameworks.
  • Establish governance, security, and change control frameworks for sustainable system scale and integrity.
  • Build and mentor a GTM Systems & Data team to support company scaling.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, Data, and Enablement teams to drive adoption and system hygiene.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in New York City and work onsite
  • 7–10 years experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Salesforce architecture
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and GTM system integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture and warehouse alignment (Snowflake or similar).
  • Proven leadership and communication skills bridging technical and commercial teams.
  • Passion for building automated, high-integrity systems that drive precision and growth.
