Salary: $103,000 - $211,000

What you will do

Lead visual design, user research, and content design initiatives.
Drive towards top-level business KPIs.
Manage and coach design teams to enhance career growth.
Collaborate with business partners to align design with business objectives.
Adapt to product pivots and changes in business strategy.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in design, user research, and content design.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of Financial Services and market trends.
Technical acumen is highly desired.
Must be able to work onsite every other week in a Fidelity office.
