What you will do

• Lead and scale the product engineering organization, hiring and developing engineers and leaders.
• Ensure engineering team performance with clarity, coaching, and support.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Refine engineering practices to enable fast, reliable delivery at scale.
• Align engineering efforts with product strategy and business goals.
• Drive cross-team alignment and build scalable systems and tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading teams in high-growth or startup environments.
• Strong technical expertise in building scalable, reliable systems.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Hybrid work format with in-office collaboration three days a week (Tues-Thurs).
