What you will do

• Design, implement, and oversee large-scale, multi-channel Google Ads strategies.
• Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make high-level decisions to improve campaign performance and business KPIs.
• Manage significant marketing investments, forecast outcomes, and ensure maximum profitability across markets.
• Develop advanced audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior PPC specialists, ensuring skill growth and operational excellence.
• Align Google Ads efforts with broader digital marketing initiatives (SEO, Social Ads).

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Discovery/Demand Gen, Display, Video, and Performance Max.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1).
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and transforming insights into strategic recommendations.
• High level of ownership and accountability, able to manage projects independently and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities.
