Location: Office in Madrid; remote from Porto, Portugal, Spain, or UAE

What you will do

  • Identify user needs and generate data-driven insights for product teams.
  • Drive impactful go-to-market launch strategies, including audience, value proposition, positioning, and PR.
  • Develop research plans to uncover customer insights and validate the product roadmap.
  • Brief product and marketing teams with insights and messaging to successfully execute go-to-market campaigns.
  • Run experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigour to campaigns for informing strategy.
  • Scale product marketing efforts globally by operationalising resources.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B or B2C product, growth, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced, hyper-growth global tech company.
  • Passion for hirify.global’s products and knowledge of markets and competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry.
  • Extensive experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns requiring cross-functional collaboration.
  • Solid track record in consumer marketing and understanding of channels like in-product, digital, PR, and offline activations.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights to inform campaign strategy and product development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a diverse, dynamic environment.
