What you will do

  • Deliver excellent customer support to players via ticketing, email, or chat.
  • Investigate and resolve player inquiries promptly and provide valuable feedback to developers.
  • Assist internal teams with project-related requests and maintain accurate reports.
  • Contribute to quality control and support process improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and manage time effectively.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote with option to visit Katowice office, Poland
  • Languages: C1-C2 French proficiency and B2 or higher English proficiency
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Helpshift or Zendesk.
  • Availability for full-time work including weekends.

Nice to have

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with community platforms such as Discord or Slack.
  • Passion for video games.
