What you will do
- Handle customer support issues for assigned game studios.
- Resolve account, technical, purchase, and gameplay-related queries.
- Collaborate with Team Leads and Operations Managers to maintain service quality.
- Stay updated on client projects, newest releases, and branding.
- Complete training modules to improve support and troubleshooting skills.
Requirements
- English: minimum C1 level (advanced)
- Location: Must be based in Albania, Algeria, Kosovo, Nigeria, or Tunisia
- In-depth gaming knowledge and passion for video games.
- Dedicated quiet workspace within your residence.
- Modern gaming PC with Windows 11, 8GB+ RAM, and specific CPU/GPU benchmarks.
- Stable internet connection (15 Mb/s up/down, latency < 120 ms).
