What you will do
- Deliver excellent customer support to players via ticketing, email, and chat.
- Investigate and resolve player inquiries promptly and provide feedback to developers.
- Assist internal teams with project-related requests and maintain accurate reports.
- Contribute to quality control and support process improvements.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Manage time effectively to meet player needs including weekend availability.
Requirements
- Location: Remote with option to visit office in Katowice, Poland
- Languages: Brazilian Portuguese C1-C2 and English B2 or higher
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with CRM tools like Helpshift or Zendesk.
- Accountability, proactivity, and flexibility in handling player issues.
- Availability for full-time work including weekends.
Nice to have
- Previous customer service experience.
- Familiarity with community platforms such as Discord or Slack.
- Passion for video games.
