What you will do

• Lead product design across all phases including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers in cross-functional teams.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Support and contribute to design systems and promote design consistency.
• Create engaging illustrations, icons, and animations aligned with brand and user experience.
• Present design ideas to teams and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in India (Delhi) and work remotely.
• 5+ years of professional experience in SaaS product design.
• Experience with AI design tooling is mandatory.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and applied skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate design concepts.
• Passion for inclusive and accessible product design.

Nice to have

• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Basic understanding of frontend code.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and product teams.
