What you will do

• Lead the delivery and design of technology projects that transform client operations and develop new digital products and services.
• Create experience design deliverables including journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems.
• Facilitate workshops and develop unique design strategies and strategic decisions at the portfolio level.
• Apply research methods such as context analysis, moderated interviews, experiments, and user tests.
• Set up and validate inspiring design hypotheses for delivery teams.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to teammates on experience design methods and tools.

Requirements

• Expertise in experience design with specialities in at least three areas such as user research, service design, digital product design, interface design, or visual design.
• Experience leading and advising research activities using contextual inquiry, moderated interviews, and user testing.
• Proven ability to facilitate client brainstorms and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to liaise between clients and stakeholders and gain project buy-in.
• Ability to define project roles for design teammates and build confidence within the team.
• Portfolio showcasing expertise in digital products for web and mobile.
