What you will do

• Lead growth engineering projects from concept to launch, including localization frameworks, referral program logic, and tracking improvements.
• Build features on hirify.global's marketing site such as landing pages, interactive tools, and conversion flows.
• Develop marketing platform capabilities including A/B testing infrastructure and programmatic page generation for SEO.
• Drive experimentation and optimization through A/B tests and conversion funnel improvements.
• Maintain integrations with marketing technology stack and contribute to system health and security.
• Shape engineering culture by pairing, code reviews, and sharing knowledge on growth systems and marketing engineering patterns.

Requirements

• Remote work capability with strong communication skills for async collaboration.
• Strong frontend experience with React, TypeScript, and modern web development.
• Comfortable working across the stack including backend logic and third-party API integrations.
• Experience with marketing or growth teams, SEO, analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and think systemically to build scalable solutions.
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience with a focus on impact and depth.
