What you will do

• Own products end-to-end from problem definition to shipping and operating solutions to meet OKRs.
• Partner with Product Management on roadmap, risks, and engineering opportunities.
• Form data-based hypotheses, iterate rapidly for maximum impact.
• Architect and code reusable frameworks, invest in technical foundations to accelerate delivery.
• Champion AI tool integration into development for velocity, code quality, and testing.
• Lead technical transformation with pragmatic decisions for long-term health.

Requirements

• 8+ years software development experience building production web apps with React, Vue, Angular, or Material UI.
• Mastery of REST/GraphQL APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, NodeJS, tooling (NPM, Yarn, Babel, Jest, Cypress).
• Deep knowledge of rendering tradeoffs (static, SSR, CSR), data structures, caching, async programming.
• Experience with monorepo, microfrontend architecture, leading large-scale multi-team projects.
• Development with LLMs, AI-driven UX, or agentic workflows.
• Experience building/mentoring teams, driving discussions, partnering with PM, recognizing risks.
