What you will do

• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of HR solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to develop scalable system solutions.
• Maintain and enhance HR systems through release management, audits, and governance.
• Train and support global users with HRIS materials and documentation.
• Integrate SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems and identify automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Apodaca, Mexico
• Proven expertise in HR Information Systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including Core HR, Talent, and Learning.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR technology or systems administration.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate with non-technical users.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Time Management, payroll technologies, and HR tech integrations.
