What you will do

• Manage and deliver HR Shared Services for regions in Europe, Americas, and Asia.
• Develop and implement the future strategy and direction of the Regional SSC in alignment with global leadership.
• Coordinate and execute middle and long-term operational goals for the Regional SSC.
• Lead, coach, and mentor employees to ensure high engagement and diversity.
• Optimize HR processes to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of SLAs/KPIs.
• Ensure strict adherence to global and regional guidelines, processes, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in HR services, SSC, BPO, or HR Operations.
• Proven managerial experience within a global, multi-sited organization.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Experience with SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, or SAP HR is considered a significant advantage.
