What you will do

• Own end-to-end sales process for Lifecycle Services in the Marine segment within EMEA.
• Manage and grow relationships with shipowners, operators, and repair yards.
• Drive strategic Lifecycle Service initiatives aligned with sales strategy.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive engagement.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Translate market trends into enhanced or new service offerings and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Gorinchem, Netherlands with hybrid work options.
• Technical background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in customer-facing commercial roles, preferably technical or industrial.
• Experience selling Lifecycle Services is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of the Marine industry and key stakeholders.
• English: Solid communication skills required (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel approx. 25% within EMEA.
