Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in USA - Princeton, NJ; Cary, NC; Coppell, TX; Draper, UT; Tampa, FL

Salary: $118,300.00 - $207,400.00 USD

What you will do

• Translate ideas into concepts, user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define, improve and implement UX research and design best practices.
• Lead research projects, conducting research and enabling product teams to get involved.
• Use and contribute to the hirify.global Product Design System to ensure consistency, efficiency and scalability.
• Work directly with development groups to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience working as a UX designer – ideally within an agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience adhering to WCAG compliance and standards.
• Mastered design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly in payer and provider sectors and experience with value-based care models and health language offerings.
• Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and API integration.
• Familiarity in interoperability standards and protocols, ensuring seamless data exchange across diverse healthcare systems.
