What you will do

  • Own inbound leads and manage top of funnel conversion through qualification, demos, and closing.
  • Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events targeting specified accounts.
  • Manage full sales cycle with discovery calls and needs assessments to evaluate fit.
  • Nurture leads with value-driven follow-ups to maintain momentum.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns and drive results.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline using Salesforce for forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work on-site in London
  • 3-4 years experience in sales or sales associate roles, preferably in SaaS, tech, or financial services.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple outreach streams.
  • Motivated learner with resilience and collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

  • Background as SDR or BDR in customer-facing roles.
