What you will do

• Manage the development of a game title from concept to final product release.
• Work with Studio Directors and Team Leads to develop and communicate a clear vision for the product.
• Create milestone schedules and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Monitor released products and work with live operations to update and improve features.
• Identify risks early and communicate solutions effectively.
• Mentor junior production staff as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in game production.
• Experience with at least 2 shipped titles in a project manager or senior production role.
• Strong understanding of project management tools like Jira.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in agile development practices.
