What you will do

• Develop new features and scale the hirify.global platform to handle increasing customer and data volumes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and other team members in scrum teams.
• Ship code regularly with automated deployments and maintain high platform uptime.
• Work with cloud providers and large datasets to ensure performance and reliability.
• Adopt AI tools in the software development lifecycle where applicable.

Requirements

• Must have strong C# .NET skills (dotnet 8+ preferred).
• Experience with web development using Typescript/ES6 and ideally Angular.
• SQL experience with databases like SQL Server and Google BigQuery.
• Experience working in agile software engineering teams (git, PRs, scrum).
• Excellent communication skills for a remote-first team.

Nice to have

• Experience working with high performance environments and large datasets.
• Familiarity with additional database dialects such as ClickHouse and MySQL.
