Location: Fully remote, but must be able to attend occasional in-person collaboration (~10%) and potential in-person interviews at company locations in the US

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable applications supporting high-volume user traffic.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Quality Engineering, Data, and Operations to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to the evolution of system architecture and engineering standards.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code leveraging modern frameworks and CI/CD practices.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing technical debt and optimizing system performance.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with C#/.NET and relational databases (MS SQL).
• Experience building and operating applications in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Strong foundation in software engineering best practices, including unit/integration testing and modular design.
• Proven ability to independently own complex work from the design phase through to delivery.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and attend occasional in-person sessions.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, Angular, or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch) and caching technologies like Redis.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and infrastructure as code.
• Strong understanding of observability practices, including logging and distributed tracing.
