What you will do

• Lead high-impact software projects from concept to delivery while remaining hands-on in development
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA, and Tech Leads to align strategy and execution
• Shape product decisions alongside Product Managers and Designers
• Establish and uphold coding standards and best practices
• Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid from London office 2-3 days per week
• Proven experience managing and developing software engineers
• Extensive experience with C#, .Net, .Net Core, React, RESTful API design, and Azure cloud development
• Proficient in SQL and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Strong background in scalable system architecture and modern software development practices
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively
