Staff Software Engineer (AI/ML)

Location: Fully remote, candidates must be based anywhere in Poland

What you will do

• Guide projects from initial development through delivery to users.
• Lead product development and iteration in a dynamic environment.
• Partner directly with clients to understand needs and achieve business goals.
• Define product requirements, system designs, and development plans with Product and Design teams.
• Support a healthy and effective engineering culture.
• Work across application, cloud, AI/ML, database, and architecture technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Experience leading development across the full product lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, release management, deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Fluency in designing and implementing scalable system architectures, data structures, algorithms, and effective development practices.
• Experience with diverse technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, .NET, Python, Golang, Rust, Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Experience with cloud platforms, databases, distributed services, AI/ML, or architecture redesign is relevant to the role.
