Senior AI Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end GenAI and LLM applications for enterprise environments.
• Build RAG pipelines, orchestration workflows, prompt engineering strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs integrating AI solutions with CRM, ERP, data platforms, and internal tools.
• Optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, latency, and cost efficiency in cloud environments.
• Implement testing, monitoring, observability, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, engineers, DevOps specialists, business stakeholders, and clients through workshops and technical demonstrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of AI/ML engineering or software engineering experience with production-grade AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and evaluation techniques.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Experience deploying AI systems on AWS or Azure, including CI/CD and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, scalable backend development, and AI performance optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, systems integration, or professional services.
• Familiarity with LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools.
• Experience with LLM monitoring, evaluation frameworks, AIOps, AI governance, security, or compliance.
• Experience with both commercial and open-source LLMs.
