Lead AI GTM Engineer

Location: 100% remote within the listed country of residence; eligible locations include Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Afghanistan.

What you will do

• Make build-versus-buy decisions by evaluating emerging AI and GTM platforms.
• Test platform capabilities and determine when to implement existing solutions or build custom systems.
• Build AI agents and agentic workflows that measurably improve team performance.
• Use APIs, web scraping, and other methods to acquire and structure external data.
• Support marketing, competitive intelligence, targeting, and automation initiatives with structured data.

Requirements

• Experience building AI agents and agentic workflows with measurable performance improvements.
• Comfort working across AI models, APIs, orchestration frameworks, and coding environments such as Claude Code or similar tools.
• Experience using APIs, web scraping, and other data acquisition methods.
• Ability to evaluate AI and GTM platforms and make technical build-versus-buy decisions.
• Ability to work remotely from one of the listed countries of residence.
