What you will do

• Lead customer engagements to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, support, and product teams to align on customer needs and solutions.
• Identify new service opportunities and articulate business value for upsell or service extensions.
• Estimate, scope, and develop statements of work for engagements.
• Drive resolution of delivery challenges and manage expectations.
• Report to the Sr. Director, Professional Services and meet revenue targets.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Melbourne, Australia
• Experience in data and AI domains with customer-facing roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and program management skills.
• Proven ability to estimate effort and scope for services.
• Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
