What you will do

• Analyze RFQs/RFPs and customer inquiries for automation and digital solutions in pulp and paper industry.
• Develop technical and commercial quotations in cooperation with product management and sales.
• Coordinate with regional teams and sales director to align proposals with strategic goals.
• Maintain data quality and consistency in CRM and proposal management tools.
• Track proposal status, manage documentation, and follow up on deadlines.
• Support cost estimation, pricing logic, and commercial review processes.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Levice, Nitra, Slovakia
• English language proficiency required
• Experience with CRM tools such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of sales, service, marketing, automation, and digitalization principles.
