What you will do

• Support the end-to-end sales process from an operational and system perspective.
• Act as a communication link between business owners, backend teams, and financial support.
• Create and manage tickets with custom requirements for CRM and licensing systems.
• Process sales orders, manage renewals, and monitor contractual milestones.
• Prepare and regularly update reports for sales and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure aligned processes and accurate data flow.

Requirements

• Experience in sales support, sales operations, enablement, or a similar role.
• Ability to navigate and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources.
• Good working knowledge of Excel for reporting and data validation.
• English: Fluent (at least C1) required.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive communication style.
• Location: Must be based in Bratislava for hybrid work.
