TL;DR
Vice President Associate General Counsel (Cryptocurrency Blockchain): Provide legal and regulatory advice for innovative cryptocurrency and blockchain asset management products and services. Location: Hybrid, onsite every other week in Jersey City, United States
Salary: $140,000–285,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Provide legal, regulatory, and strategic counsel on cryptocurrency and blockchain products and services.
- Advise on development and operations of digital asset management products.
- Collaborate with business and control partners on new initiatives and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools related to digital assets and blockchain.
- Manage outside counsel to ensure cost-effective legal services.
Requirements
- Must be a member in good standing of a U.S. State Bar (e.g., New York, New Jersey, California).
- 7-10 years of relevant legal experience including law firm and in-house roles.
- Expertise in U.S. federal securities laws and blockchain-related financial regulations.
- Ability to work hybrid with onsite presence every other week in Jersey City.
