Requirements

• 4+ years in HR, preferably in fast-growth SaaS or tech environments.
• Ability to create memorable onboarding/offboarding experiences.
• Strong analytical skills with HR data and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
