Technical Support Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; must be a US citizen

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 base pay per year

What you will do

• Provide frontline technical support for hirify.global customers and frame service requests.
• Troubleshoot product issues using technical knowledge, tools, and available resources.
• Assess issue impact, severity, and urgency, and maintain ownership through resolution.
• Assist with data collection and implement workarounds or solutions.
• Facilitate conference calls and remote troubleshooting sessions.
• Document testing, troubleshooting, and research while meeting service-level goals.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting practices and solution delivery.
• Basic customer service and technical support skills.
• Basic experience with networking fundamentals, databases, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic understanding of web services and security.
• Ability to identify data requirements, multitask, prioritize work, and communicate clearly.
