What you will do

• Develop expertise on the hirify.global platform and manage fund launches and client activities.
• Execute technical and operational deliverables ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing inquiries and optimizing platform experience.
• Meet service level agreements and manage issue escalation with internal teams.
• Maintain and enhance product documentation and fund collateral.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in Salt Lake City, Utah with hybrid office schedule
• 3-7 years of client-facing experience in finance industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with support ticketing tools and client-centric approach.
