• Create and execute comprehensive fundraising and strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with investors to secure Seed Round funding.
• Oversee project operations including technology development, token management, and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stay updated on web3 trends to enhance project competitiveness.
• Engage with the crypto community and manage online communications to drive business development.

Requirements

• Must have perfect English proficiency (C2 level).
• 5+ years of real experience in tech business development or operations, with minimum 3 years in early-stage or growth-stage startups in crypto, AI, fintech, gaming, gambling, or forex.
• Proven track record of closing deals with investors and customers.
• Strong communication, crisis management skills, and charisma.
• Experience working in dynamic, non-corporate environments without standard processes.
• Ability to use AI tools like Copilot and GPT for CRM and client tracking.
