What you will do
- Own and grow revenue across an assigned portfolio of Growth Market customers.
- Drive customer retention and expansion through proactive account management.
- Build relationships with key business and technical stakeholders within client organizations.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer objectives.
- Support commercial discussions to help clients scale their marketing measurement practices.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and visibility into account growth pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in account management, customer-facing sales, or revenue ownership roles.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or digital marketing platforms.
- Proven track record of growing revenue within existing customer accounts.
- Experience managing mid-market or growth-stage clients in dynamic environments.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising and mobile marketing ecosystem.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- Mobile (iOS, Android) advertising experience or ad monetization experience.
- Experience in working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms.
