TL;DR

Senior Account Manager (AdTech): Owning and growing revenue across an assigned portfolio of Growth Market customers and driving customer retention and expansion. Focus on identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer objectives and building relationships with key business and technical stakeholders.

Location: Onsite in Beijing or Shenzhen, China

What you will do

  • Own and grow revenue across an assigned portfolio of Growth Market customers.
  • Drive customer retention and expansion through proactive account management.
  • Build relationships with key business and technical stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer objectives.
  • Support commercial discussions to help clients scale their marketing measurement practices.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and visibility into account growth pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in account management, customer-facing sales, or revenue ownership roles.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or digital marketing platforms.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue within existing customer accounts.
  • Experience managing mid-market or growth-stage clients in dynamic environments.
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising and mobile marketing ecosystem.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Mobile (iOS, Android) advertising experience or ad monetization experience.
  • Experience in working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms.
  • Being introduced by an hirify.global team member.
