Location: Hong Kong. Remote work possible from any country

What you will do

  • Identify new prospect clients, guiding them through onboarding and initial trading phases.
  • Deliver best-in-class coverage and support to Institutional and individual VIP clients, fostering deep relationships to drive increased trading volumes, liquidity, and loyalty.
  • Promote available tools, products, and strategies to empower clients in maximizing their trading potential on the hirify.global platform.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Institutional customers, owning all direct communications.
  • Collaborate closely with hirify.global Product and Engineering teams to explain the priority of client issues and craft effective solutions, including writing specific improvement proposals.
  • Represent hirify.global at relevant industry conferences (occasional travel required) to stay abreast of developments, enhance brand image, and solidify relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience engaging with Hedge Fund and Asset Manager clients within the digital asset industry
  • HK Working Visa Sponsorship is available for highly qualified candidates. We welcome global talent with a proven track record in digital assets to apply.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs and successfully expanding client bases.
  • Existing client relationships within the client sector and the cryptocurrency industry are highly desirable
  • Fluent Mandarin and business level English is mandatory for this position.
  • Exceptional client-facing communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage professionally with high-value clients
