What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and channel partnerships.
  • Manage and grow key enterprise accounts, driving upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
  • Build strong relationships with technical and executive stakeholders including CISO, CIO, and VP of Security.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles using MEDDPICC and value-based selling frameworks.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting using Salesforce, Clari, and Gong.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product and strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Colombia and legally authorized to work there.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales with complex deal management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing multi-year, 7-figure contracts.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and Gong.
  • Strong knowledge of MEDDPICC and value-based consultative sales.
