What you will do

• Develop project forecasts and manage multiple software outsourcing projects.
• Follow and control project management using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with PMO and HRBP to ensure consistent procedures and HR policies.
• Support project managers and escalate issues to VP when necessary.
• Ensure clear communication between project managers and customers.
• Maintain customer and team satisfaction throughout projects.

Requirements

• Advanced English level required.
• 4+ years of experience in software outsourcing project management.
• Experience with agile methodologies and budget management.
• Previous experience as a software engineer and degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
