Talent Acquisition Manager (HR): Leading the Talent Acquisition team to identify and assess profiles required by hirify.global and its clients with an accent on defining strategies and proposing process improvements. Focus on managing a dynamic team and adapting to constant changes in the recruitment landscape.

Location: 100% remote work (from anywhere)

What you will do

Define Talent Acquisition strategy for available openings.
Work with the Recruiting team to identify possible candidates.
Collaborate with PMs and AMs to identify farming opportunities.
Propose improvements in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting processes.
Define economic proposals for candidates.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT Recruiting.
1+ years of experience in managing teams.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.
Advanced English Level.
