What you will do

• Define Talent Acquisition strategy for open positions.
• Collaborate with Recruiting team to identify candidates.
• Work with Project Managers and Account Managers to find farming opportunities.
• Propose improvements to Talent Acquisition and Recruiting processes.
• Define economic proposals for candidates.

Requirements

• Advanced English level (C1+).
• 5+ years of experience in IT Recruiting.
• 1+ years of experience managing teams.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.

Nice to have

• Experience with online and phone sales techniques.
• Knowledge of IT Industry head-hunting.
