What you will do
- Define Talent Acquisition strategy for open positions.
- Collaborate with Recruiting team to identify candidates.
- Work with Project Managers and Account Managers to find farming opportunities.
- Propose improvements to Talent Acquisition and Recruiting processes.
- Define economic proposals for candidates.
Requirements
- Advanced English level (C1+).
- 5+ years of experience in IT Recruiting.
- 1+ years of experience managing teams.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes.
Nice to have
- Experience with online and phone sales techniques.
- Knowledge of IT Industry head-hunting.
