What you will do

• Resolve moderately complex infrastructure technology problems and escalate as needed
• Participate in testing activities and evaluate results for enhancements
• Complete control activities including risk assessments and audits
• Assist with hardware acquisition, deployment, and system implementation
• Prepare reports and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Operate with limited supervision and act as SME to stakeholders

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Hauppauge, New York, United States
• 2-5 years experience in Technology Infrastructure roles
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Analytic and diagnostic skills with ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
