What you will do

• Develop and optimize stateful streaming and batch applications using Apache Flink APIs.
• Implement connectors and integrations with Kafka, Hive, Iceberg, and other data systems.
• Contribute actively to Apache Flink and related open source projects as a core contributor.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on deployment, testing, and monitoring of streaming workloads.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, stream processing, and real-time data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, and Python (PyFlink).
• Experience with Apache Flink architecture including state management and checkpointing.
• Core contributions to Apache open source projects (Flink, Kafka, Spark, Hive, or similar).
• Advanced English proficiency required.
