• Source, screen, and assess candidates to provide qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Negotiate candidate offers and provide market data to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to hiring policies and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
• Coach and train new recruits, taking on leadership roles within the team.

Requirements

• Talent Acquisition/recruitment experience.
• Working knowledge of complex compensation structures.
• Demonstrated experience with senior hires.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
