What you will do

• Plan and monitor project results, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Coordinate and enforce company systems, policies, and procedures to maintain quality.
• Retain staff by fostering a communicative work environment and identifying growth opportunities.
• Analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast profitability.
• Achieve financial objectives through forecasting, scheduling, and variance analysis.
• Identify farming opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Good English level for effective communication with global teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
