hirify.global is a leading fintech company developing sophisticated Currency Management Automation software solutions that help companies to automate their foreign exchange processes and leverage currencies for growth.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of target companies across Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong with international operations and FX exposure.
  • Identify key decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Financial Controllers) and understand their FX workflows and challenges.
  • Present the hirify.global solution and develop robust financial business cases demonstrating its value.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape hirify.global’s go-to-market strategy in APAC and establish the regional foundation.

Requirements

  • Strong background with top qualifications in finance, economics, or business administration (relevant master’s degree or similar).
  • 4+ years in a B2B business development or sales role within the finance or software (SaaS) industry.
  • Excellent communication and social skills (face-to-face, telephone, and email).
  • Fluent English required (additional APAC languages are a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and motivated to build a new market from the ground up.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a consultant in a leading consulting firm or exposure to treasury/finance in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange or treasury management products.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives or in complex enterprise sales cycles.
