What you will do

  • Lead program and project management efforts to ensure sales initiatives are executed on time and with impact.
  • Drive strategic planning and goal management in close partnership with Sales leadership.
  • Manage reporting and performance analysis, delivering insights that guide data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee operational cadence, communication, and alignment across the Sales organization.
  • Optimize processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and special projects, ensuring clarity and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Program Management, or similar roles supporting senior leadership in IT services or consulting.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and workload management skills.
  • Proven ability to work with financial and performance data, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sales operations or strategic project delivery within technology or professional services.
