What you will do

• Build and grow the engineering team through sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Define product roadmap, MVP, and key metrics in collaboration with Product Management.
• Collaborate with Architects and team leads on product architecture.
• Manage software engineers including career growth and team practices.
• Participate in development and testing of features across teams.

Requirements

• Advanced English level (C1+)
• 6+ years in software development with strong .NET background.
• 3+ years in tech lead or similar management role.
• Experience in product companies managing engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Agile development and some public cloud experience.
