What you will do
- Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Design and execute customized search strategies for executive roles.
- Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations.
- Proactively identify and attract top-tier candidates through various channels.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in executive search.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience recruiting for US candidates.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Advanced level of English.
